Checkout Trouble

Having trouble checking out? Missing confirmation?

More often than not this can simply be resolved by clicking on “cart” to the right of the logo, at the top of the page. If you’ve filled out the form but haven’t received an email confirmation yet try going to www.thirdshotsports.com/cart, there is a good chance your purchase is there waiting for you to complete the checkout. If you’d like us to resend your confirmation just shoot us an email hello@thirdshotsports.com and we’ll help.


Canceling A Clinic

Due to the popularity of these events, we must have a strict cancellation policy. If a participant cancels more than 7 days before their clinic, a full refund will be offered. If less than 7 days notice is given, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded. If less than 48 hours is given, no refund will be offered.


Order Returns

Not sure if you’ll LOVE that new Selkirk paddle? You can always return paddles and other merchandise within 30 days of purchase if you are not 100% happy with them. We will give you your money back or let you exchange it, whatever you prefer. We ask you to cover the cost of shipping the paddle back to us for a refund or exchange. Any clothing must be in new, unworn condition to be eligible.
